Do you have a showroom I can visit?

We have two! Our West Hatfield, MA Showroom is located at 10 West Street and our South Windsor, CT Showroom is at 41 Glendale Road.

What are your hours?

Hatfield Hours

Mon-Sat — 9:30am to 5:30pm
Sun— 12pm to 5pm

South Windsor Hours

Mon, Thu, Fri & Sat — 9:30am to 5:30pm
Sunday — 12pm to 5pm

How long has Danco been in business?

Since 1971. Danco was founded by Dan and Joan Haugaard as a gift shop featuring Scandinavian furniture in Northampton, MA.

Over the decades it grew into a full furniture destination, and in 2017 three longtime employees— Miguel, Emily, and Ross— took over ownership and have been growing it ever since.

In 2025, Danco expanded to a second location in South Windsor, CT. Over 50 years in, we're still just as passionate about finding you the right piece.

What types of furniture do you sell?

Every room, covered. We sell sofas, sectionals, recliners, dining sets, beds, mattresses, dressers, and desks— sourced from quality brands including Stressless, Copeland, Palliser, and Younger Furniture.

Do you offer custom furniture?

Yes. Most of our brands offer customization options: fabrics, finishes, configurations, and more. Stop by the showroom or chat with one of our team members to find the right fit.

Most of what we offer is made to order, so it's built for you, not just sitting in a warehouse. For available in-stock pieces, reach out or stop by the showroom.

How do I order?

1. Call Us, Place Your Order!

When you call, we can confirm all the details. Call us at (413) 247-5681, Monday - Saturday, 9:30am - 5:30pm and Sundays 12pm - 5pm.

2. Visit Our Local Showroom - Open 7 Days

Come visit our beautiful showroom in West Hatfield, just north of Northampton. With over 17,000 square feet of quality home furnishings, you'll find everything from modern to transitional styles. We also have a great selection of rugs, lighting, and accessories. Our knowledgable salespeople will help you find the perfect pieces for your home. 

3. Fill Out This Simple Form

How long does delivery take?

Lead times vary by brand and product and can range from a few weeks to several months. Supply chains, materials, and weather can all affect timing. Your salesperson will give you the most accurate estimate upfront, and we'll keep you informed along the way.

Can I cancel my order?

If a special order is cancelled, a 20% restocking fee of the purchase price will apply. Please consult your salesperson to cancel an order.

Payment

How do payments work?

A 50% deposit is due when you place your order, with the remaining balance collected at pickup or delivery. Purchasing an in-stock item? Full payment is due at the time of sale.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks. If you have questions about payment, our team is happy to help.

Do you offer financing options?

Yes, we offer 12 months interest free financing year-round on all transactions. For longer-term special financing offers, financing cannot be combined with discounts or other promotions. For more details, please visit our financing page.

Do you match competitor's prices?

We put a lot of care into our pricing, and we're proud of the value we offer. That said, if you've found a better quote somewhere else, please don't hesitate to share it with us, we're happy to take a look and do our best to match it. We just ask that comparisons are fair: same product, same condition, apples to apples. And if it turns out a competitor has made a pricing mistake? We'll be honest with you and might even suggest you take advantage of it. Either way, we appreciate you keeping us in the loop— it helps us continue to serve you better.

Delivery

Do you deliver?

We do! We deliver throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, and beyond. Our White Glove Delivery service ensures your furniture arrives carefully and is set up just the way you want it. Delivery fees vary based on location.

What is White Glove Delivery?

Our White Glove Delivery service includes in-home delivery, unpacking, assembly, precise placement, and cleanup, ensuring a hassle-free experience with everything set up and ready to use.

Do you remove furniture?

Yes, we offer furniture removal services for items we are replacing. Our fees are based on the type of item. We either dispose of the item or, if it is in good condition, donate it to a charitable organization. Please note that we do not remove unrelated items.
